A very vintage kimono converted into a flowing and comfortable kimono duster up. Made from a girl’s furisode, the fabric is a soft green, and features fuji (wisteria), pine trees and clouds with metallic highlights. Can easily be worn over a dress, slacks, or get funky and wear it over jeans.
The fabric is part of a kimono that was carefully taken apart, washed and sanitized, then dried in the cool ocean breeze. Please note, the fabric is an up-cycled kimono and may have age-appropriate light spots, some uneven color fading and abrasions adding to the character of the garment. Both shoulders have tiny holes, note that they are not moth holes.
The piece is 100% silk. Inner seams are French seamed. Center back length below neckband is 36". One size fits most.
